Elisabeth Patrick is the Community Development Manager for Essential Federal Credit Union, where she develops and expands partnerships and relationships with nonprofit entities in her community. Over her 8-year tenure with Essential she has planned and implemented programs to provide services and support to the unbanked and under-served, working with a culturally diverse community to provide direct and indirect financial education, and connecting individuals with available services. Elisabeth coordinates and maintains Essential’s CDFI certification, and has also established an affiliate nonprofit, “The Essential Promise Foundation.”
Elisabeth works with nonprofits in the Greater Baton areas serving on boards, participating in committees, providing volunteerism and support. She is currently a member of the following Chambers – Pointe Coupee, Iberville, West Baton Rouge, Livingston, Ascension, Central and Baton Rouge Area Chamber. Also, she is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), American Advertising Federation (AAF), Member of Baton Rouge Event Association (BREA), Affiliate Member of the Greater Baton Rouge Realtor’s Association and the Rotary Club of Baton Rouge. She holds a BA from Southeastern Louisiana University; Graphic Design Certification from Louisiana State University; Nonprofit Management Certification from Louisiana State University and a Marketing Management Certification from CUNA.
