Ileana McDonald

Ileana McDonald is the Director of Community Relations at Granite Credit Union, a Juntos Avanzamos–designated credit union, where she has served in multiple leadership roles for more than two decades. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to building meaningful relationships, driving strategic growth, and creating opportunities that strengthen and uplift diverse communities—especially the Hispanic community.
