The Inclusiv Annual Conference is the largest gathering of credit unions with a mission of financial inclusion in the country, with plenaries and sessions that focus on innovative products and services for empowering low-income consumers.
Join us in San Juan, Puerto Rico at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel or a neighboring hotel on May 2-4, 2022, with site visits hosted by ASEC on May 2 and May 5. Conference registration and the conference schedule are now available! Conference attendees can begin making travel and hotel arrangements today, with group hotel rates and other details available below.

Registration Rates: Registration is open! All credit unions and community partners are invited to register for the Inclusiv Conference. Inclusiv members receive a significant discount. EARLY BIRD RATES HAVE NOW BEEN EXTENDED TO THURSDAY, MARCH 31 (Updated from March 25th)!
COVID-19 Travel Guidelines:
To keep conference attendees, exhibitors and local residents safe, Inclusiv requires that all attendees and exhibitors of the 2022 Inclusiv Conference are vaccinated. Registrants will be required to provide proof of vaccination on-site to attend Inclusiv Conference sessions and events.
Current travel guidelines for visiting Puerto Rico are listed at Discover Puerto Rico. Local measures to keep travelers and residents safe are developed by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company (PRTC). Visit Discover Puerto Rico for protocol updates, travel requirements for domestic and international flights, and requirements for masking on the island.
Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory and excluded from the CDC requirement to provide a negative COVID-19 test result to return to the mainland United States. Quarantine mandates, recommendations, and entry requirements may vary by state. A continuous assessment of the situation in the United States influences Island-wide orders that prioritize the health and safety of residents and visitors. Inclusiv has arranged conference rates at the Royal Sonesta, next door to the Fairmont El San Juan, and the Hyatt Place San Juan, about 6 miles from the Fairmont El San Juan.
