Ann McMillian
Executive Vice President and COO, IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union
Ann has over 20 years of credit union experience and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union. Ann has been a driving force in the leadership team since joining the organization in March 2000 as the Internal Auditor. Working closely with management and the Board gave Ann an opportunity to move up through the ranks as the Vice President of Operations, the Executive Vice President of Sales and now the Chief Operating Officer. She currently implements and oversees the short and long-term strategic objectives of the credit union. A Certified Chief Executive (CCE), McMillian spearheaded the initiative to acquire both the CDFI and LID designations for the credit union. Prior to joining IHMVCU, she worked as a Credit Union Examiner for the State of Iowa. Ann is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
