Jodi Rathbun-Briggs
SVP/Chief Lending Officer, Greylock FCU (Pittsfield, MA)
Jodi Rathbun-Briggs currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at Greylock Federal Credit Union. She provides strategic direction and oversight to all areas of lending, including mortgages, consumer lending, commercial lending, and loan servicing and asset quality. She is also responsible for deposit operations and facilities. Jodi leads the Community Development department and opened the county’s first Community Empowerment Center in 2019, which increases access and inclusion to under-served and unbanked populations. Financial wellness and inclusion are two of Jodi’s passions, demonstrated by her work at Greylock Federal Credit Union.
She started working at a small community bank while she was in high school and worked there through college. After college, Jodi worked as an accountant while earning her CPA designation. She returned to banking in 2000. Jodi enjoyed a successful career at Legacy Banks and joined Greylock in 2010.
Community service has been an important part of Jodi's life, and she has volunteered for a number of nonprofit organizations. Most recently, she serves on the boards at Berkshire Healthcare, Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation and 1Berkshire Foundation. One of her most valuable experiences were serving as board chair for Community Health, providing access to quality healthcare to Berkshire residents regardless of ability to pay. She currently serves on Government Affairs Committee for Inclusiv.
She is a graduate of Western New England College and Berkshire Community College. She lives in Great Barrington, MA with her husband Cliff Briggs.
