Alice Greenwald has overall responsibility for raising investment capital and managing Inclusiv’s portfolio of investments in CDCUs, and also for managing Inclusiv’s CDCU Mortgage Center’s secondary market program. Ms. Greenwald joined Inclusiv in 2004 after 16 years at the IBM Corporation, where she served as Manager of U.S. Customer Financing Credit and as a manager of Treasury Strategy and Financing. In the former capacity, she led a team of 10 financial professionals in the assessment and underwriting of leases and loans ranging from $300,000 to over $50,000,000. As treasury manager, she was responsible for the renewal of IBM’s $12 billion credit facility and managed the long-term financing strategy. Prior to joining Inclusiv, she worked at another community development financial institution, the Leviticus 25:23 Alternative Fund. Ms. Greenwald, who also worked as an editor for ten years, holds a B.A. in political science from the University of Michigan, an M.A. in political science from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and an M.B.A. in Finance from Pace University.
