In his role as Director of FinTech, Blake leads Inclusiv initiatives related to business lending and core banking systems. Blake is responsible for developing the strategy for broader utilization of business lending solutions, and identifies and expands resources to build a robust business lending platform for Inclusiv members. For core banking, Blake monitors the core system needs of Inclusiv members and analyzes the core processor and third-party vendor market place for new opportunities. Blake’s role also includes guidance to Inclusiv/Network Consulting Services, where he monitors the current consulting operations and delivers recommendations to improve operational efficiencies and performance, and helps develop the vision and long term strategy for the consulting unit.
