Kisha manages the administrative and operational day-to-day activities for the organization. In partnership with senior management, she implements the strategic vision of the organization to enhance infrastructure and ensure increased process efficiency in furtherance of Inclusiv’s key strategic goals. Kisha has over six years of experience in office management and two years in program management. Her passion for empowering women led her to her last position at NPower NY Inc., where alongside its CEO she created NPower Women’s Initiative, a program committed to engaging girls and women in technology. She oversaw all aspects of the initiative which included creating and managing a mentoring and middle school program. Prior to being the Women’s Initiative Manager, Kisha served as the Office Manager, working closely with NPower’s CAO to implement strong administrative structures, policies and procedures for a rapidly growing non-profit.
Kisha is currently pursuing a Master’s of Science degree in Organizational Leadership at Nyack College. She graduated from Hunter with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Women Studies.
