Pavan Makhija

Pavan Makhija is the Controller at Inclusiv, with responsibilities as part of the Finance team to manage the accounting and financial reporting for the organization. He is a seasoned finance leader, bringing over 15 years of diverse experience across the investment banking and non-profit worlds. He most recently led the Finance function at Womankind, a non-profit focused on supporting Asian American victims of domestic violence, as well as previously served as CFO of Possible, a non-profit providing high-quality healthcare to rural areas in Nepal. Prior to moving into non-profit, Pavan was a Product Controller for 10 years at Barclays/Lehman Brothers. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Math from University of Redlands, and a Master of Science degree in Financial Engineering from Claremont Graduate University.
