Silvia Rincon is the Chief Operating Officer at Inclusiv, bringing over 20 years of experience in the financial industry with a focus on credit unions for the past 15 years. Silvia has a strong background in community, social, and economic development.
Before joining Inclusiv, Silvia held significant roles at Latino Community Credit Union (LCCU) for a decade. Prior to joining Inclusiv she served as the Senior Vice President of Member Experience and Director of the Office of the CEO. During her time at LCCU, Silvia played a crucial role in implementing strategies, introducing innovative programs, and supporting the organization's impressive growth and impact.
Prior to her work at LCCU, Silvia gained experience in various credit unions and banks in both the United States and her home country of Colombia.
Silvia holds a bachelor's degree from Universidad Autonoma de Bucaramanga, Colombia.
