Coronavirus Preparedness

We recognize that many of you may have questions about the upcoming Inclusiv Annual Conference in San Juan, Puerto Rico related to the coronavirus. This continues to be an evolving situation with new information coming out on a daily basis. Many companies and organizations have reduced or eliminated all non-essential travel. Precautions are in place for travel and transportation both outside and within our own communities.

There are no federal travel restrictions in place to prevent meetings and travel within the United States, including travel to San Juan. At this time, we are still planning to proceed with the Inclusiv Conference, scheduled to take place as planned on May 4 - 6 at the El San Juan Hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico. We realize and appreciate that many of you are making difficult decisions about your travel. If you are planning to attend the Inclusiv Conference, we recommend that you contact the airlines to determine the flexibility of their refund policy. Inclusiv is assessing its cancellation policy as well, in consideration of our conference-goers’ concerns.

Inclusiv is continuously consulting the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Puerto Rico public health authorities, and we are taking all precautions to ensure the health of all event participants. With the situation evolving rapidly, we encourage Inclusiv Conference registrants to consult these sources as they prepare for the conference.

The Inclusiv Board and management are carefully monitoring the evolving situation and will be back to you shortly.

In the meantime, please direct any questions related to the coronavirus to AC20@inclusiv.org.
