Speakers

Tanya Ladha is a Manager at the Center for Financial Services Innovation, working with a wide variety of financial services providers to identify, integrate and distribute high-quality products for the emerging consumer. With years of alternative financial services and cross sector experience, Tanya believes in the power of collaboration to improve consumer financial health.

Terry Ratigan is a consultant and researcher with more than thirty years of experience in community development finance, non-profit management and partnership development, both in the United States and overseas. His work for the Federation has included studies of performance and the impact of community development credit unions.

Ann Solomon
is the Strategic Initiatives Manager at the Federation. Ann leads the design and implementation of innovative programs that support the delivery of financial empowerment services in credit unions. Ann also plays an integral role in the development of the Federation's Strategic Plan and facilitates coordination of Federation resources to achieve organizational goals.
