The Inclusiv Annual Conference is the largest gathering of credit unions with a mission of financial inclusion in the country, with plenaries and sessions that focus on innovative products and services for empowering low-income consumers.
Join us in San Juan, Puerto Rico at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel on May 2-4, 2022. Conference registration and the conference schedule will be available online soon on the Inclusiv website; however, rates are below so that credit unions may begin planning ahead. Conference attendees can begin making travel and hotel arrangements today, with group hotel rates and other details available below.
We encourage attendees to come early and stay late to enjoy even more of what San Juan has to offer!
REGISTRATION
Discounts and Scholarships: $100 discounts are available for CDFI and MDI credit unions and cooperativas for savings of up to $300 off registration rates. Additional discounts and scholarships may be available for savings on registration and travel costs.
All Inclusiv member credit unions with assets of less than $25 million are encouraged to apply for a scholarship that covers the cost of registration. All credit unions interested in receiving a conference scholarship must complete a scholarship application.

COVID-19 Travel Guidelines:
Inclusiv is following the protocols established by the government of Puerto Rico. Please see the most updated information at Travel Safe (pr.gov).
Currently, to travel to Puerto Rico, you must complete a travel declaration AND everyone over 2 years old who is not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with the Moderna, Pfizer, or Janssen vaccines must provide evidence of a negative molecular or antigen test for COVID-19 performed within the 72-hour period prior to arriving in Puerto Rico.
To keep conference attendees and local residents safe, Inclusiv and the Fairmount El San Juan Hotel have the policy that all attendees must be vaccinated. Registrants will be required to provide proof of vaccination on-site to attend Inclusiv Conference sessions and events.

$209 per night plus tax (Single/Double Occupancy)*
*Guest room availability cannot be guaranteed. Room reservations and fees are the responsibility of the registrant.
Booking cutoff is April 13, 2022. Conference room rate offered three days before and three days after the conference, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a one night room and tax cancellation and/or no show charge.
