ja_logo_-_spanish_no_taglineThe Matrícula Consular de Alta Seguridad (MCAS or Consular Identification Card), is an identification card issued by the Government of Mexico through its consulate offices to Mexican nationals residing outside of Mexico. Matrícula Consulars give immigrants a sense of security and enables them to take advantage of asset-building opportunities offered by responsible lenders. Moreover, the Matrícula Consular is an acceptable form of ID for regulated financial institutions to accept under Customer ID Programs (CIPs).
