Jacqueline (Jackie) Moore

As CEO of Faith Community United Credit Union, Jacqueline Moore has oversight of all of Faith’s retail operations, investments, compliance, and outreach, which call for her to work directly with and oversee reporting to regulatory agencies, elected officials, marketing firms, and a variety of other entities. During Ms. Moore’s history with Faith, she has been a vital part of the organization’s consistent ability to meet compliance, insurance, and other regulatory standards.
Few careers in the financial services industry can match a 34 year career of creating circles of wealth for and within low- and moderate-income (LMI) households and communities at the same financial institution – and her many years at Faith Community United Credit Union is that and more. Ms. Moore is responsible for retaining and managing Faith’s 10 employees; given this responsibility, she is well versed in all aspects of human resource management. Given Ms. Moore’s passion for the mission of credit unions and economic justice, she continues to welcome the opportunity to share her talents within the community. She recently started a financial literacy program to help students and parents prepare for college entry preparations and financial success.
Ms. Moore feels that her public spirit and social responsibility stem from her being a lifelong resident of Cleveland, in addition to the values and upbringing her parents instilled in her. Cutting-edge financial strategies join uncompromising integrity as the hallmark of her service to the credit union and the industry. Ms. Moore graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has served on a variety of financial service industry and civic-related committees over the years, and presently serves on the Ohio Credit Union League’s Haynes Circle for Small Credit Unions.
