Cathi Kim is the Senior Vice President of Inclusiv/Capital, Investments and Impact. In this role, she strengthens the capacity of community partners to align and operationalize social impact and strategic goals.

Through frameworks based on community insights, data and policy, she cultivates private and public sector partnerships, connecting ideas and resources to foster inclusive growth. In this work, she builds cross-sectoral partnerships across philanthropy, banking, faith-based organizations, corporations, community organizations and other socially responsible investors to mobilize capital to build stronger communities.

With more than 16 years of experience in the CDFI and social impact sectors, Cathi has facilitated more than $200 million in investments to advance systems change, sustainable asset building and climate resiliency in under-resourced communities. Her career has spanned working with community-led disaster recovery and relief initiatives to helping create the first credit union impact funds, and investments into the Puerto Rican CDFI cooperative sector.

Cathi is a human service design facilitator and speaker on social finance and community development issues. She is a graduate of Wellesley College and was the inaugural Public Service Fellow of the NYU Women of Color Policy Network. Cathi is an advisor to the Investing for Health Advisory at the International WELL Building Institute, a global organization working to transform health and well-being with a people-first approach to buildings, organizations and communities, and the CDFI Research Consortium at the Center for Impact Finance.
