Jonathan Rosado
Small Business Lending Development Officer
Jonathan Rosado is the Small Business Lending Development Officer at Inclusiv. He currently leads the Inclusiv Small Business Capital Initiative trainings to support member credit unions and cooperativas throughout the United States and Puerto Rico launch their small business lending programs. Prior to Inclusiv, Jonathan brings six years of experience from his tenured position as Credit Manager at Renaissance Economic Development Corp., a CDFI fund supporting low-income multicultural communities and small businesses in New York and New Jersey. Prior to joining Renaissance, Jonathan worked in the alternative finance sector at Wintrust Bank and the commodities sector at Bureau Veritas. His expertise is concentrated in small business lending, underwriting, risk management, and credit review. Jonathan is passionate about economic development; helping people and their businesses thrive and achieve their goals.
Jonathan received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Hunter College and is currently pursuing an MBA at Boston University Questrom School of Business. He is bilingual in English and Spanish. Jonathan enjoys traveling, visiting his hometown of Puerto Rico, cooking, and spending time with his family.
