Nicole Lanzaro
Loan Participation Officer
Nikki Lanzaro is the Loan Participation Officer at Inclusiv, bringing a diverse lending background in small business, commercial real estate, and residential solar. Nikki has played a key role in risk management and building enduring relationships with members. Nikki feels most empowered in her mission-based work promoting clean energy through equitable and fair lending. She is motivated to expand green lending programs for high impact CDCU’s across our network and increase participations through the Loan Participation Marketplace program.
Nikki previously lived in San Diego, where she worked at California Coast Credit Union from 2021-2023. While she enjoyed her time serving the community professionally, she also enjoys volunteering in her free time. Nikki loves animals of all species, and she supports local rescues as often as she can. She’s committed to keeping her environment clean and is an advocate for mental health and wellness. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology and Society with a focus in Business and Psychology.
