Vice President of Member Development and Support

Robin Hollis serves as VP of Member Development and Support at Inclusiv.  In this role she enthusiastically leads initiatives to strengthen, support and expand Minority Depository Institutions while building productive networks with targeted communities. She works to fill capital gaps in underserved communities across the country through support to Minority Depository Institutions, Low Income Designated, and Community Development Financial Institutions, by leveraging partnerships to build vibrant communities. Through strategic leadership, resource development, advocacy, and collaboration she ensures that credit unions achieve ongoing success.

Robin’s career spans over 30 years in the financial industry. She started her career with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations as a Credit Union Examiner. Prior to joining Inclusiv, she was the Community Development Officer at the Illinois Credit Union League and has worked for credit unions in the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer.

Robin holds a B.A. in Public Administration from Roosevelt University and has earned Credit Union Compliance Expert, Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor, and Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist certifications from CUNA Management School. In 2021, Robin earned a certificate from Northwestern University in Leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
