Inclusiv Comments on Proposed CUSO Rule
Inclusiv submitted a letter to the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) commenting on an NCUA proposed rule on credit union service organizations introduced in January 2021. This rule would expand the list of permissible activities and services for credit union service organizations (CUSOs) to include originating any type of loan that a federal credit union may originate; and grant the NCUA Board additional flexibility to approve permissible activities and services. Inclusiv opposes the rule as structured.
