Deadline Approaching: Annie Vamper Award

NOMINATION DEADLINE: JANUARY 15!
Annie Vamper Helping Hands Awards at the 2022 Inclusiv Conference

The Annie Vamper Helping Hands Award is the highest honor presented by Inclusiv, celebrating individuals whose work exemplifies the community development credit union mission of serving the undeserved. The award is given each year to honor the legacy of Annie Wilma Vamper, a true hero in the community development credit union movement, whose life-long dedication remains an inspiration to credit unions serving low-income people and communities today.

The events of the past two years have resulted in increased visibility of the impact and potential of community development credit unions in furthering financial inclusion and closing the racial wealth gap. Let's further this recognition by honoring the individuals around us making these incredible gains possible. Inclusiv member credit unions are invited to nominate staff, board members and volunteers for this prestigious award.

This year, there will be three award recipients (one for the last three years) -- 2020, 2021 and 2022.

All nominations must be submitted by January 15, 2022.

SUBMIT NOMINATION

This year's honorees will be formally recognized and presented their award in-person at the Annie Vamper Helping Hands Award Luncheon on Tuesday, May 3rd during the 2022 Inclusiv Conference in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
