Aurelio Arroyo González
Executive President, Cooperativa Jesús Obrero (Guaynabo, PR)

Mr. Arroyo has a BA in Political Science from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus; completed all required courses for a master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus; and has an MBA in Finance from the Interamerican University, Metropolitan Campus.

Mr. Arroyo has served as Executive President of Cooperativa Jesús Obrero since 2009.

Mr. Arroyo, in recent years, has served as a presenter for various audiences both in Puerto Rico and in the United States on renewable energy financing models, the development of community renewable energy microgrids, and the participation and the relevance of cooperatives in the community development. Also, Mr. Arroyo has been an active collaborator for different organizations such as Inclusiv, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Ministry of the Dominican Republic, United Nations Employees Federal Credit Union, and others.


Cheryl Gladstone, Head of Deutsche Bank’s Community Development Finance Group (CDFG)

Cheryl Gladstone is head of Deutsche Bank’s Community Development Finance Group (CDFG), a mission-driven investing and lending business that sits within the Corporate Bank. Over the past 30 years, CDFG has deployed $3+ billion in debt, equity, and philanthropic resources to community organizations, real estate, and social enterprises that benefit low- and moderate-income communities. Cheryl serves as the bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) officer, and serves on local advisory committees including, Enterprise Community Partners, LISC, and Renaissance Economic Development Corporation. Cheryl was named head of CDFG in 2021. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Cheryl was a Senior Program Director at Enterprise Community Partners, and was the Director of Real Estate and Development at the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce. Cheryl earned her MBA from Columbia Business School and BA from Stanford University.
