The World Health Organization recently declared the COVID-19 a pandemic. As the virus spreads, states and cities are adopting emergency public health measures to protect the population and stem the spread. These measures include the closing of businesses and schools, and other social distancing strategies that will change the way we conduct business.
In these difficult times, the business continuity of credit unions is essential for the well-being and stability of the communities we serve. With a quickly evolving COVID-19 crisis, credit unions must make transform to protect staff and members, while providing access to cash and financing for underserved and Hispanic communities. As we cope with the many operational challenges presented by the virus, how do we effectively communicate with the Hispanic community?
