FIDAP Registration
Access to FIDAP is limited to Inclusiv members that are up to date on the payment of their dues for the current policy year. If you are interested in becoming an Inclusiv member, please contact membership@inclusiv.org or fill out our online application.
A Data Service & Confidentiality Agreement (DSA) document is linked below. To start the registration process, you must first download and fill out the form. We will not be able to start the registration process with you unless it is completed.
Afterward, it may take up to 48 hours to receive a registration link that will contain the next steps of the registration process.
