CDFI Fund Announces FY 2025 Awards for Multiple Programs
Today, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) announced that the Fund is making awards for multiple CDFI Fund programs, including FY 2025 awards under the CDFI Program (FA/TA), Native American CDFI Assistance (NACA) Programs, Bank Enterprise Award (BEA), and Small Dollar Loan (SDL) Programs.
These long-awaited awards will support CDFIs in expanding access to safe and affordable financial services, advancing affordable homeownership, supporting small business growth, and building strong local economies nationwide.
We welcome today’s announcement and are excited for CDFI Fund programs to move forward following the extended delays in the FY 2025 award-making process over the past year. Inclusiv is especially grateful to our members and partners who have advocated tirelessly to ensure these funds reach communities across the country, engaging with policymakers, sharing their stories, and demonstrating the transformative impact these resources have on the ground through CDFI credit unions’ everyday work.
The CDFI Fund noted that awarded organizations will receive official notifications of their awards through their CDFI Fund Awards Management Information System (AMIS) accounts on or before September 30, 2026. Examples of each program’s Assistance Agreement terms will be posted to the CDFI Fund’s website in the coming weeks.
We look forward to working alongside our members as they deploy these resources to expand economic opportunity and affordability and will continue to share updates as additional information becomes available.
