Inclusiv/Mortgage now offers Down Payment Assistance (DPA) grants for first-time homebuyers who meet program guidelines.  Each grant is up to 1.5% of the purchase price, not to exceed $2,500, and must be attached to loans sold to Inclusiv/Mortgage.
