FIDAP Low-Income Lending Dashboard Webinar

The CDFI Fund continues to use Low-income benchmarks based on Median Family Incomes (MFIs) as of 2020, which means that your CDFI Compliance and Certification metrics aren't reflecting the full picture of your credit union's community impact. This new dashboard shows your lending to borrowers across income bands using HUD benchmarks based on MFIs as of 2025. This is useful for credit unions (whether they are CDFI-certified or not) who may want to describe their high-impact lending according to up-to-date benchmarks. Use this dashboard to: 

• Compare your low-income lending using HUD benchmarks (2025) versus CDFI Fund benchmarks (2020)
• Visualize lending by income bracket and loan portfolio type for the current year or across multiple years (if data is available)
