Inclusiv's Racial Equity Grant Fund is part of the New Majority Growth Initiative, which supports small MDI credit unions and cooperativas to ensure that Black and Brown people have access to: 

  • Affordable, asset-building loans to withstand emergencies  
  • Reliable transportation to higher paying jobs
  • Homeownership
  • Energy efficiency
  • Opportunities to start and expand small businesses 

Inclusiv has awarded more than 300 CDCUs $3.4 million in Racial Equity Grant Fund subgrants to grow their institutions. We are excited to announce that we are expanding this initiative. 

Through this new round of funding, which opened on November 12 and closed on December 12, 2024, Inclusiv will provide community development finance training, capacity building tools, consulting support and grants ranging from $25,000 to $75,000 to selected MDIs and cooperativas.
